Basic Facts

The plaintiffs are companies established for the purpose of solar energy business, etc., and ① the plaintiff limited company's net green energy (hereinafter "the plaintiff's net green energy") was 824-12 square meters in total on the ground of 15,092 square meters in order to maintain its equipment capacity, ② the plaintiff Solora limited company (hereinafter "the plaintiff Solora limited company") was 1,200 square meters in total on the ground of 15,000 square meters in order to maintain its capacity, ② the plaintiff Solora limited company was 413-31 and 3 lots in total on the ground of 15,389 square meters in order to maintain its solar energy business (hereinafter "2 land of this case"), ③ the plaintiff limited company was 20,000 square meters in total on the ground of 15,000,000,0000,0000,0000 square meters in total, 30,000 square meters in total, 413,000 square meters in each of land of this case.

On November 4, 2014, the Plaintiffs filed an application with the Defendant for permission for development activities, such as the construction of solar power infrastructure and the alteration of form and quality of land for the instant project.
