1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,657,057 and KRW 41,893,257 among them, from March 3, 2020.

According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 5, on November 30, 2015, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 120 million to Defendant C limited liability company at an interest rate of 7.9% per annum, interest rate of delay 19.9% per annum, interest rate of delay 19.9% per annum, repayment of principal and interest per annum, and loan period of 60 months. Defendant D guaranteed the above obligation. However, the Defendants lost profits due to delay in repayment of the above obligation, and as of March 2, 2020, the Defendants lost profits due to delay in repayment of the above loan. As of March 2, 2020, the Plaintiff did not repay the principal amount of KRW 41,893,257, interest rate of KRW 763,800, total interest rate of KRW 42,657,057 and interest rate of KRW 41,893,257 per annum from March 30, 2020.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and this is accepted.
