A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On October 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence for one year of imprisonment due to a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Daejeon District Court’s Branch, which became final and conclusive on October 20, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant is not a narcotics handler】

1. On February 23, 2018, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs: (a) around 23:00, the Defendant remitted 300,000 won to the said C in the car engine of C Driving that is parked in the parking lot for the building B of the Dong-gu Incheon, Incheon; and (b) purchased the chophone by receiving the amount equivalent to 0.1g of the chophone (one philophone).

2. Medication of psychotropic drugs;

A. On February 23, 2018, at around 23:00, the Defendant, within the parking lot of the building B, put the said C in a disposable injection vehicle with a number of philopon 0.03gs, and dilution, and administered philopon into the Defendant’s arms.

B. At around 11:00 on February 24, 2018, the Defendant injected a philopon with a single-use injection machine that had been purchased at the Doel in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, containing a large amount of 0.07g of philopon, and dilution one half of them, and administered a philopon.

C. At around 14:00 on February 24, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by injecting half of the number of philophones for a single-use injection at the above “D” telephones. D, as seen above, the Defendant injected the remaining quantity into the arms.

On February 26, 2018, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) taken a single-use injection device, which contains a amount equivalent to 0.03gh from the above C, in the low-powered vehicle parked in a road-based parking lot near the Nam-dong Incheon Metropolitan City, and injected the phiphone into the arms, and administered the phiphone.
