Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On November 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Changwon District Court on two years and six months, and the Defendant was sentenced to six months from the Changwon District Court on April 4, 2017 to the same crime on October 23, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Changwon Prison on October 23, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On January 2019, the Defendant: (a) inserted a psychotropic drug-related psychotropic drug-related machine into a single-use injection unit; (b) injected the crophone into one-time injection unit; (c) injected the crophone; and (d) injected the crophone into D’s arms in the same way as 0.03g of the crophone; and (b) delivered the crophone by inserting the crophone into D’s arms.
2. On January 22, 2019, at around 15:00, the Defendant injected 0.04g opon into a one-time injection machine in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and injected the opon into his own arms and administered the opon. After injecting 0.04g opon into D’s arms in the same manner, the Defendant injected 0.03g opon into the opon and issued the opon, and then injected 0.04g opon into his own arms in the same manner as at 18:30 on the same day.
3. On January 22, 2019, at around 20:15, the Defendant injected 0.04g of oponon into a scopon for a single-use copon in a scopon room located in Nam-gu Busan, Nam-gu, and administered the copon for one’s own arms, and issued copon by inserting 0.03g of opon into D’s arms in the same way as opon.
4. On February 28, 2019, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) inserted the 0.04gopon into a one-time injection machine from the second floor of K Hospital located in the Busan Southern-guJ; (b) injected the copon into one-time injection machine; and (c) injected the copon into one’s arms.
5. On March 2, 2019, at around 20:05, the Defendant carried phiphones by inserting 0.49g opphones in front of the Nam-gu Lane in plastic bags in plastic bags.
