1. On April 6, 2017, the Defendant’s 18 process, including the essential statutory curriculum for one employee, against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is a company that has obtained recognition of workplace skill development training courses from the Minister of Employment and Labor pursuant to Article 24(1) of the Act on the Development of Workplace Skills of Workers (hereinafter “Vocational Skills Development Act”) and conducts workplace skill development training for workers, and the Defendant is delegated with the authority of the Minister of Employment and Labor to cancel and restrict recognition of workplace skill development training courses pursuant to Article 60 of the Vocational Skills Development Act and
B. From 2015 to 2016, the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment contract on workplace skill development training with A Hospital, B Hospital, medical corporation, Naran Medical Foundation International Hospital, Chungcheongbuk-do Medical Center, and each workplace skill development training with each of its employees around that time.
However, the Plaintiff paid 1,617,00 won to the training center substitute for the employees and employees' workshops for the same period, and paid 40,412,235 won in total for the employees and employees' training training center substitute fees, bus savings, food expenses, and other training expenses for the employees and employees for eight times for the hospital B, and paid 40,412,235 won in total for the training center substitute for the employees and employees. For the medical corporation, the Nalet Medical Foundation, and the Nalet Medical Foundation, for the Nalet International Hospital, paid 4,906,60 won in lieu of the training center substitute for the employees and employees' workshops, and paid 15,000,000 won in total for the overseas training expenses for the employees and employees' training center for the Cheongbuk-do.
C. Accordingly, since part of the expenses that the Plaintiff paid on behalf of each business owner were paid to the Plaintiff by each business owner, the Plaintiff’s act of paying the Plaintiff’s expenses is returned to each business owner. Thus, the Plaintiff’s act of paying the Plaintiff’s expenses is a business owner’s organization that entrusted workplace skill development training.
