Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 21, 2005, Defendant A sentenced the Suwon District Court to five years of imprisonment for special robbery, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the previous prison on July 13, 2010.
Criminal facts
1. On February 11, 2013, Defendant A, Defendant C, and Defendant A, along with I (at present, during the trial of the first instance court), conspiredd with Defendant A, located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to commit an intrusion into the 'M office located in the 'M office located in the 'M office located in the 'M office located in the 'M office located in the Bupyeong-gu L1st floor in Ansan-gu operated by the victim K, Ansan-gu.
