A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and four months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. The Defendants: (a) around 03:00 on July 6, 2013, at around 03:0, 7 Doro7 in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, and 64 on the street in front of the “mi-sports” in the middle-gu Seoul Central District; (b) Defendant A stopped the Ekisch Rexroth which is his possession from the victim’s vehicle by taking advantage of the gap in which the victim D’s business was finished and the surveillance was neglected, and then Defendant A stopped on the part of the victim’s vehicle; and (c) Defendant B was carrying three parts of the said Lone Star, where the victim’s clothes were placed behind the victim’s vehicle.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
B. On July 21, 2013, the Defendants: (a) around 23:15, 2013, around 23:15, 2013, Ga 7-ro 1 located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) the victim F left the said Lone Star van on the side of the victim’s vehicle by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim F was negligent in surveillance by snicking off his ladles; (c) and (d) the Defendant B attempted to bring three the 1 million won of the market price at which the victim’s clothes were placed behind the victim’s vehicle. However, the victim failed to go back to the road by arranging the street board and failed to bring it out to the wind.
As a result, the Defendants jointly tried to steal the victim's property, but did not commit it but did not commit an attempted crime.
2. A person who has acquired a motor vehicle registered by Defendant A shall apply for registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority;
Nevertheless, around June 19, 2013, the Defendant acquired from G in an irregular area in Seoul and below, and did not apply for the transfer of ownership registration with respect to the E Costaex in KRW 1.5 million, without justifiable grounds.

3. The Defendant is operated by the victim I in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H on March 21, 2014, around 02:00.
