A, C, and E shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00, and Defendant D and G shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative of the K Saemaul Bank in Busan, who was an elector in the election of the vice-chief of the Saemaul Bank, which was conducted on November 13, 2014.

On November 2014, the Defendant received 300,000 won in cash, which was provided for the election of the above vice-chief director, in the vicinity of the apartment house located in the Guandong-dong, Busan, Suwon-dong, for the purpose of election.

2. Defendant B is the representative of the Korea Saemaul Bank’s annual agenda located in Busan District, and is the elector of the election for the vice-chairperson of the Korea Saemaul Bank, which was implemented on November 13, 2014.

A. On November 2014, the Defendant received 300,000 won in cash, which was provided for the purpose of winning the election for the above vice-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-officer.

B. On November 2014, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 in cash, which was provided as a candidate for the election of the above vice-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-director, from the national collection in Busan M.

3. Defendant C is the representative of the Korea Saemaul Bank’s annual agenda located in Busan District, and is the elector of the election for the vice-chairperson of the Korea Saemaul Bank, which was implemented on November 13, 2014.

On November 2014, the Defendant received 300,000 won in cash, which provided for the election purpose of L, which was run for the above vice-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-officer.

4. Defendant D is the representative of the Youngdo-gu Saemaeul Credit Cooperatives in Busan Metropolitan City, who was an elector in the above Saemaeul Credit Cooperatives on November 13, 2014.

A. On November 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 in cash, which was provided as a candidate for the election of the above vice-chief director, from an O office located in the Young-do Office of Busan, Busan, for the purpose of election.

B. On November 2014, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 in cash, which provided for the purpose of election for the above vice-chief director, within a vehicle parked near the gas charging station located in Busan Young-gu Q, Busan, for the purpose of election.
