Criminal facts

1. Defendant A is the Plaintiff of the F Saemaul Bank G in Busan Metropolitan Government, which was implemented on November 13, 2014, as the Plaintiff of the foregoing Saemaul Bank H election.

A. On November 1, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000,000 in cash provided for the purpose of election at the J restaurant located in Busan, which was located in Busan, for the purpose of election.

B. On November 2014, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 in cash, which was provided as a candidate for the above H election, for the purpose of winning the election, from the first patrol officer.

2. Defendant B is the Plaintiff of the F Saemaul Bank in Busan Island, which was the Plaintiff of the foregoing Saemaul Bank on November 13, 2014, which was implemented on November 13, 2014.

A. On November 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 in cash that K, who was candidate for the above H election, offered for the purpose of election at the above H parking lot around the first half of 2014.

B. On November 2014, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 in cash, which was provided as a candidate for the above H election, for the purpose of winning the election, from the first patrol officer.

3. Defendant C is the Plaintiff of the F Saemaul Savings Depository in Busan, which was the Plaintiff of the foregoing Saemaul Savings Depository on November 13, 2014 and implemented on November 13, 2014.

A. On November 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 in cash that K, who had run for the above H election, offered to be elected in the vicinity of the sports park near the Seodong River Site in Busan, Seodong-gu, Busan, for the purpose of election.

B. On November 2014, the Defendant received KRW 300,000,00 in cash, which was offered as a result of the Defendant’s election, for the purpose of winning the said H election, on the roads adjacent to the Plaintiff’s N charging station, Busan High-gu,

On November 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000,000 in the P office located in P office located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, for the purpose of election, Qua that was run for the above H election.

4. Defendant D is the Plaintiff of the F Saemaul Treasury L in Busan, which was working on November 13, 2014.

The Defendant will be elected from the foregoing F Mara in November 201, 2014, and M, which is run for the above H election, by a police officer.
