A, C, and D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,00,000, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,00, respectively.

The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative of FF Cooperative Saemaul Savings Depository located in Busan Metropolitan Government, who was an elector in the election of the vice-chairperson of the Saemaul Savings Depository on November 13, 2014.

On November 1, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 in cash from the I restaurant located in Busan H, and from the J, who was candidate for the above Vice-Chairperson, for the purpose of election.

2. Defendant B is the representative of FF Cooperative Saemaul Savings Depository located in Busan Metropolitan Government, who was an elector in the election of the vice-chairperson of the Saemaul Savings Depository on November 13, 2014.

A. On November 1, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 in cash, which was provided for the election of the above vice-chief director, from Lart rooftop parking lots located in Busan K, and from the above vice-chief director for the purpose of election.

B. On November 2014, the Defendant received 300,000 won in cash provided as a candidate for the election of the above vice-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-chief-director for the purpose of election, from a vehicle parked behind the NM located in Busan M.

On November 1, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 in cash, which is provided for the purpose of election of the above vice-chairperson P, in the Lart Roof parking lot located in Busan K, and at the above vice-chairperson P, for the purpose of election.

3. Defendant C is the representative of FF Cooperative Saemaul Savings Bank in Busan, who was an elector in the foregoing Saemaul Savings Bank on November 13, 2014.

From the end of October 2014 to the beginning of November 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000,000 in cash provided as a candidate for the election of the above vice-chairperson, from a vehicle parked in a vehicle parked in a building in Busan G or does not exceed Busan, and from the beginning of November 2014.
