Punishment of the crime

In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.

3. On December 13, 2014, the Defendant has an economic ability to pay the victim the cost of drinking, etc. at an entertainment drinking house operated by the victim K in the J of the Hacheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on December 13, 2014.
