Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 21, 2018, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol with the victim’s alcohol at the “E” entertainment point operated by the victim D, who is located in Chungcheongbuk-gun C, Chungcheongbuk-gun, as if the victim would be able to pay the amount.

2. On May 22, 2018, around 21:00, the Defendant placed an order for alcohol and alcohol as if the victim G was able to pay the amount to the victim at the “H” entertainment station operated by the victim G in Young-dong, Chungcheongnam-do.

However, as above, the Defendant did not have any means of payment such as cash, credit card, etc. to the extent that the payment is to be made, so there was no intention or ability to pay the price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) obtained 20,000 won of the market value from the above victim; (c) 20,000 won of the market value; (d) 1, 1, 1, and 1, and 1,000 women, from the above victim; and (e) acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount.
