A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;
A. On August 12, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 21:15, 2012; (b) in Enosa room operated by the victim D in Kimhae-si, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the said price even if he/she was provided with alcohol and alcohol from the said victim; (c) in turn, the Defendant ordered the said victim to be provided with 20 Macju and 20 Macju and 2 Macju; and (d) said, the Defendant was provided with the said victim with an alcoholic beverage and entertainment entertainment service immediately thereafter.

C. On September 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30, 2012, at the Jju store located in Kimhae-si I; (b) there is no intent or ability to pay the price even if the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverage and an alcoholic beverage; (c) the Defendant issued an order of beer and beer; and (d) the said main manager, who is an entertainment receptionist, issued an order of beer and be provided with one entertainment receptionist; and (e) the drinking value would be paid later; and (e) the Defendant was provided with the said K immediately thereafter with a total of KRW 200,00,000, alcoholic beverage, and entertainment service.
The Defendant, around 02:40 on September 5, 2012, operated by the Victim M in Kimhae-si L, provided that the facts do not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she was provided with alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages from the said victim, and that the drinking value would be paid later by ordering beer 20 illness and better and one amusement receptionist, and that the drinking value would be paid later from the said victim’s immediately thereafter.
