Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
D (Joint Representative E) which was launched under the lead of B (the Chairperson C, hereinafter referred to as “B”) was planned to hold “F” at around 16:00 on November 14, 2015.
Accordingly, B, G (H), I (Standing Representative J), K (K) etc. held a prior assembly at the Seoul Square, Seoul Square, and Maro Park as a university, and decided to collect it as a luminous square.
Accordingly, after the completion of each sector’s prior assembly, including the “M” of the organizer B, a prior assembly in the labor sector, the total of 66,00 persons participating in the assembly were 6,00 persons: (a) entered into the luminous plaza by leaving the “F” in the luminous square with three forms, paper, etc. under the name of running the “F”; and (b) the police went into the luminous square with three sides in front of the Cheongmun-dong Seoul Jongno-gu 14th, Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul in order to prevent the participants from committing an illegal progress; (c) installed a garage with a police bus in front of the entrance of the Jongno-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government 146-2, and led to the damage of police buses by participants, police violence, and road occupation until 23:30 on the same day.

On November 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around November 14, 2015, the Defendant: (b) arrived at the Sejong-ro 1:84 Dong-gu Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, in front of the 84 Dong-dong Dominers; and (c) ring the same day, the Defendant: (a) carried a white make onto the police bus from around 21:50 to around 22:40, when he was arrested as a flagrant offender, occupied the lane (the 12nd line) prior to the third class of the police participants.
As a result, the Defendant conspired with many participants in the demonstration and interfered with the traffic on land.
2. The Defendant violated the Assembly and Demonstration Act, as prescribed in paragraph (1), was participating in a demonstration in the form of a large number of participants of the demonstration from around 21:50 on November 14, 2015 to around 22:40 on the same day with the delegation of the chief of the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station.
