A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 11, 2015, the Defendant participated in “a total action for the destruction of Presidential Decree and for the promotion of the development of the Sewol Ferry” in which more than 2,500 persons participated in the 172 luminous square as the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Class 3, as the Defendant participated in the 16:40 Maropo-gu Seoul.

As above, the Defendant, along with a number of demonstration teams, worn a white mast on the same day at around 21:14, and occupied the entire lane (five lanes) in front of the branch office in the Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the participants in the demonstration and interfered with the traffic on the land.
