Defendant

A and B shall be punished by a fine of 3,000,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 1,500,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was the Seoul Regional Headquarters F of the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation (hereinafter “Private Labor Union Federation”), and the Defendant participated in the “National Workers Competition” organized by the Seoul Square in the Seoul Square, which was located in the 1st of November 14, 2015, from around 14:00 to 16:30 of the same day.

The above assembly was a prior assembly in the field of labor in the sector of “labor” among the prior assemblies of the “private-public-public-private representative competition,” which was planned by the headquarters for the public-private representative strike established under the lead of the public-private representative.

The total of 66,00 persons who participated in each sector's prior assembly, including the above 'National Workers' Games', went into the luminous square by leaving the front door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door with the completion of each prior assembly under the pretext that the 'Public General Substitute Competition' will run.

2. Defendant B participated in the “National Workers Competition,” organized by the public-private partnership at the Seoul plaza located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, from November 14, 2015 to November 16:30 of the same day.

The above assembly was a prior assembly in the field of labor in the sector of “labor” among the prior assemblies of the “private-public-public-private representative competition,” which was planned by the headquarters for the public-private representative strike established under the lead of the public-private representative.

The total of 66,00 persons who participated in each sector's prior assembly, including the above "National Workers' Competition", shall have completed each prior assembly under the name of running the "Public General Substitute Competition" in the Madical square.
