Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who has completed a marriage report with F on April 20, 1987. A is a spouse who has been married.

At around September 21, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once sexual intercourse from the car located in the Defendant’s name in the parking lot of the building, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

B. On September 2, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once sexual intercourse in a H hotel room located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

C. On September 4, 2012, the Defendant sent sex B and once to the non-number of houses in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I hotel.

On September 5, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once sexual intercourse from a lake in the J hotel located in Incheon So-gu.

마. 피고인은 2012. 9. 24.경 서울 강서구에 위치한 K호탤 내 호수 불상의 방에서 B와 1회 성교하였다.

F. On October 3, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once sexual intercourse from a non-number of lakes in the Incheon Seo-gu L, Seo-gu, Incheon.

G. Around October 7, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once sexual intercourse from the Nurgary room located in Incheon Sonpo-gu.

H. On October 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) obstructed B and once sexual intercourse within the halogen vehicle that was parked in the Busan Opark parking lot; (b) around October 101, 2012.

I. On October 15, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once sexual intercourse from the lake rooms in Jeju-do P hotel.

(j) around October 25, 2012, the Defendant sent sex B and once to the lake rooms located in Incheon Q.

(k) On November 15, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once sexual intercourse in a non-number of houses in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.

(l) Around December 21, 2012, the Defendant sent B and once sexual intercourse from a lake in a S hotel located in Jeju-do.

(m) Around January 8, 2013, the Defendant sent sex B and once with the non-permanent room in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K Hotel.

Accordingly, the defendant was sent to the above B over 13 times.

2. Defendant B was aware that he was a spouse of the above A, and even at the same time and place as that of the above paragraph (1), the Defendant had sexual intercourse with A and 13 times as above.
