Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, as against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is a spouse who has completed a marriage report with D on February 18, 2002. A

around October 201, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once in the influence room in Gangnam-gun Emburgian Emburg, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

B. Around December 6, 2011, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once at an insular room inside the Felel of Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

C. Around March 2012, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once in an influence room in the Gamba-gun Gamba-gun, Jeonnam-gun.

Around March 2012, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once in the foregoing Gel room.

E. On April 2012, 2012, the Defendant sent sexual intercourse with B and once in the influence room located in the Hamjin-gun, Hamjin-gun, Hamjin-gun.

Accordingly, the defendant was sent to the above B more than five times.

2. From December 201 to February 201, Defendant B became aware that he was a spouse of A only during the process of preparing a divorce lawsuit between Defendant B and Defendant B.

The Defendant had sexual intercourses with the above A three times at the date, time, and place specified in the first-C, D, and E paragraphs respectively.

[2013 Highest 104] Defendant A did not have certain income and failed to pay monthly rent at the place of residence, and it is difficult to pay electric charges, urban gas charges, and health insurance premiums. Thus, even if Defendant A purchased child books from the victim I, there was no intention or ability to pay the price.

Nevertheless, around October 16, 2007, the Defendant entered into a contract to purchase a child’s book, etc. as if the victim’s employees were to pay the price to K at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu. J 103.

The defendant was obtained from the victim about 2260,000 won in total of the market price around that time, and obtained the child books, etc. from the victim by fraud.
