Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of each of the above penalties shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who is a spouse who has completed a marriage report with E on January 31, 2005. A
On October 28, 2011, the Defendant sent F hotel B and once sexual intercourse in a room where it is impossible to know the family room of the F hotel located in Gangwon Yangyang-gun.
