1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company that newly constructs and sells 23 stories underground and 23 stories above ground (hereinafter "the project in this case") in the Do of Gyeongnam-do. The plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of design, construction, supervision, etc. of buildings, and is contracted for the construction of the above apartment (hereinafter "the project in this case") with E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "E") in the method of sharing performance.

B. 1) On September 25, 2014, the Plaintiff and joint contractor E entered into a contract for the instant construction work with the Defendant, a contractor (hereinafter “instant contract for construction work”).

In the instant construction contract, the scope of the Plaintiff and E’s work scope and construction amount are as follows. ① The scope of the contract for construction work between the Plaintiff and E is as follows.
