1. The Defendant’s KRW 5,713,493,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from November 8, 2018 to May 31, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is an executor of the business of newly building and selling 23 stories underground and 23 stories above ground (hereinafter "the business in this case") in the Gyeongnam-do, Gyeongnam-do, and the plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of electrical construction and the construction of the above apartment (hereinafter "the construction in this case") in the method of sharing with D (hereinafter "D").

B. 1) On September 25, 2014, between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, a contractor, and D, a joint contractor, concluded a contract for construction works for the instant construction works (hereinafter “instant contract for construction works”).

In the instant construction contract, the scope of the contract for construction work of the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff is as follows. ① The scope of the contract for construction work of D and D is as follows.
