1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are the owners of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and G Yang-ground tenements, and the Defendant is the owners of adjacent H large 20 square meters, I large 514 square meters, and I large 514 square meters.

B. On February 7, 2014, at the appellate court of a lawsuit seeking transfer of land filed by the Defendant against the Plaintiffs on the ground that the wall and the iron gate, part of the gate, owned by the Plaintiffs, invaded the Defendant’s land. The following mediation was concluded:
