All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. The facts of public prosecution [2013 High Court Decision 3975] The defendant is a new member of the D church's "organizations to establish a church immediately" in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim E is a new member of the "Emergency Countermeasure Committee" of the same church.

After being detained by F, who is a member of the D church, for the suspicion of misconduct, the Defendant was detained, and the said new organizations have caused conflicts with each other in relation to the measures for succession to the consistency of the church and the normalization of the church, following the Internet bulletin board on which many and unspecified churches can access the victim, but was similar to the name and birth of the victim, but was referred to as “H” as an insulting expression.

On September 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “major cleaning list - H” on the bulletin board of the said carpet board under the title of “in front of the cleaning of the school garbage of the school; and (b) posted a letter as if the victim were the garbage of a church and should be cleaned; and (c) openly insulting the victim.
