1. On August 18, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that the Internet NAVL pande is connected to the Internet NAV pande, and that the Defendant would send the said sold goods to the victim AB who contacted the Defendant.

However, as the Defendant did not have the above goods, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to send the said goods to the victim even if the victim remitted the purchase price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 50,000 won from the victim to the passbook (Account Number: AC) in the name of the Republic of Korea on the same day from the victim.

2. On August 23, 2014, the Defendant sent a false statement to the effect that “I will purchase Movia AD’s automobile audio equipment” connected to the Internet NAV, which was posted by the victim AD by accessing the Internet NAV, and that I would send the above goods if I deposit the purchase price with the said victim.

However, the Defendant did not have the above goods and did not have the intent or ability to send the above goods to the victim even if he received the money from the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 10,000,000 won from the passbook (Account Number: AC) in the name of the Korean bank in the same day from the victim.

around August 23, 2014, the Defendant confirmed that the victim AE would purchase more than 10 computer monitors on the Internet NAVER, and made a false statement that he would send the above sales goods if he deposits the purchase price to the victim.

However, the facts are that the Defendant did not have the above goods, and even if the victim remitted the purchase price, the victim is above.
