A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 4, 2015, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home located in Mineyang-si C, posted a notice stating that he/she sold the Internet NAVV website “B” high-speed (bsw12v). The Defendant reported this paper and sent the Defendant’s deposit of KRW 25,00 to the Victim B who contacted the Defendant.

However, the Defendant only posted a photograph of the said goods to gambling “sports soil” and did not have any actual goods. Therefore, even if he/she receives money from the victim, he/she did not have the intent or ability to deliver the said goods.

The defendant received 25,00 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative (D) account in the name of the defendant as the price for the following goods.

2. Around April 7, 2015, the Defendant, at the same place, posted a letter stating that he/she sold 8,000 won to the victim E, who reported this paper and sent it to the victim E who visited the Defendant, by depositing KRW 68,00.

However, the Defendant only posted a photograph of the said goods to gambling “sports soil” and did not have any actual goods. Therefore, even if he/she receives money from the victim, he/she did not have the intent or ability to deliver the said goods.

The defendant received 68,00 won from the victim to the above account in the name of the defendant for the same day as the price of goods.

3. Around March 27, 2015, the Defendant, at the victim F, posted a letter to sell MM Category A on the bund site at the bundter site at the same location, and the Defendant falsely expressed that he/she would send the wall to the victim F who made contact with the Defendant by depositing KRW 80,000 on deposit of KRW 80,00.

However, the Defendant only sought and posted a photograph of the said article to gambling “sports soil.”
