Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant’s Sinnndo, B, while carrying out construction-related projects in Vietnam, was prohibited from departing from Vietnam’s authorities due to default of taxes, the Defendant’s departure from Cambodia and entered Korea through Cambodia, who was unable to enter Vietnam with his name’s passport, followed by the use of another’s passport in his name.

B Accordingly, I proposed that this Defendant “I wished to wear internal house strings and inner strings, to affix four photographs, to the same strings and inner strings, to wear the same strings and inner strings, to make a passport in four names after attaching internal photographs to viewing.” The Defendant consented to this.

On July 5, 2011, B, upon such public offering, read the Defendant’s photographic photo taken by using the Defendant’s provisional and secret warning, and the Defendant prepared an application for issuance of a passport at the Macheon-si civil service center located at the center of 87, Macheon-si on the same day, and attached B’s photograph to the applicant’s photograph column, and submitted the said application as if the personal seal attached to the photograph attached to the application was himself/herself, and had the public official in charge of the issuance of a passport, who is not aware of the fact, enter the fact of falsity in the Defendant’s passport, and was issued the Defendant’s passport by unlawful means.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, the defendant received a passport by unlawful means, and made him enter false facts in a passport.
