A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 2016, the Defendant violated the Passport Act and the Defendant issued a passport stating false facts by using another person’s personal information, along with B, on the ground that it was apprehended to have been investigated and tried on the grounds that there were several complaints from other persons due to stock-related frauds in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, etc., and that B would be issued a passport with B, stating that “The passport will be made abroad. However, there are a lot of money.”

On August 29, 2016, the Defendant changed the Defendant’s photographed to B and C from the car page located in the French city and below Kimpo-si around Kimpo-si on August 29, 2016 to Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

In addition, B and C entered personal information such as C's resident registration number and address in the above Kimpo Civil Service Passport Office and prepared a false application for issuance of a passport with a photograph of the defendant, and submitted the application clearly stating the above false fact to the public official in charge of knowledge of the fact.

As a result, the defendant conspired with B and C to enter false facts in the documents submitted for the issuance of a passport at the same time, and made a false report to the public official, thereby making him enter false facts in the passport.

2. On September 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) presented to the public official in charge of departure inspection and immigration control of the above airport a Korean passport, stating the personal information of the Republic of Korea, such as the above “A”, in the place of departure inspection of the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon International Airport; and (b) presented it to the public official in charge of departure inspection and immigration control of

In this respect, the defendant exercised a false passport to be entered in the immigration inspection official, and received a passport with a passport with the personal information of an unqualified other person.
