Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On June 12, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Seo-gu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime on May 7, 2010, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for three years in the same court on February 14, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on December 29, 2015.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On August 8, 2018, around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat that was parked on the steel-ro, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 77-ro, for the victim B, owned by the victim B; and (b) carried approximately KRW 30,000,000,000, away from the one left by the victim.
2. On August 29, 2018, at around 02:22, the Defendant: (a) was parked in the alleys adjacent to the Escirus in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in order to steal things located in GPoter Cargo, owned by the victim F., the Defendant attempted to take away the things located in the GPoter Cargo, by hand; (b) but (c) was on the wind that the door was divingd.
3. 5. On August 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on August 29, 2018, at around 03:07, entered the knife of the driver’s knife of the Opoter cargo vehicle that was parked in front of the Seo-gu Incheon metropolitan road.
