Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for attempted larceny at the Daegu District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Daegu Detention House on April 29, 2015.
In addition, on November 30, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for an attempted larceny. On April 10, 2008, the same court was sentenced to a fine of 6 million won for an attempted larceny. On September 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2 million won for an attempted larceny.
