Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 2052"
1. On November 23, 2015, Defendant A: (a) around 00:20 on the road in front of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) opened a line of driver’s seat with the victim E, which was parked at that place, and opened a line of three freight vehicles, and 1,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the vehicle and stolen the vehicle.
2. The Defendants’ joint crimes committed by the Defendants open a door-type vehicle or cargo vehicle that does not have a theft alarm device among vehicles parked at night, and attempt to steals money and goods by entering the door-type vehicle or cargo vehicle, and the Defendant A colored the vehicle subject to the crime by putting the door of the vehicle parked on the roadside, and the Defendant B conspired to see the network from the side.
A.
