Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A Co., Ltd. is a corporation with the purpose of manufacturing products, such as Kimpo-si Kimpo-si C, and the defendant A is the representative of B.
1. Defendant A
(a) Any person who intends to install an emission facility of air pollutants not reported on the installation of an emission facility shall file a report with the competent authority;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, without filing the foregoing report from April 7, 2013 to June 26, 2019, installed one heat treatment channel (use 3 cubic meters (x 10 meters x 0.3 meters in length) which is an air pollutant emission facility, and operated by using it.
(b) Any person who intends to install discharge facilities of wastewater which discharge wastewater shall report to the competent authorities.
Nevertheless, without filing the aforementioned report from April 7, 2013 to June 26, 2019, the Defendant installed 10 wastewater storage facilities for the waste water for the storage of the water from water discharge facilities [1m. x0.8m. x00m. x0.1m. x05m. m. x0.1m. m. x0.5m. m.) from the volume of 0.4m. (1m. x. 0.8m. x. 0.8m. x. 0.4m.) from April 7, 2013 to June 26, 2019, the Defendant used 0.2m. m. (0.9m. x0. 9m. x0. 4m. 0. 9m) from the volume of water discharge facilities to the volume of water discharge facilities, and used 0.5m. m. x15m. m. m.
(c) No person shall discharge wastewater without flowing it into the prevention facilities, or install the facilities capable of discharging wastewater without flowing it into the prevention facilities.
Nevertheless, the defendant from March 2019 to the same year.
6. Until December 26, 200, cleaning wastewater (minimum 300 liters from 600 liters to 600 liters) generated in the course of washing foreign substances (dusts, etc.) laid down in the above place of business, did not flow into the preventive facilities by discharging foreign substances to the near superior man.
