Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, for six months, for each of six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.
Defendant
A From Apr. 20, 2017 to Apr. 28, 2017, a business owner running an illegal game room in the name of “G Game site” from Ulsan-gu F and the first floor of the same month. Defendant B is the management department, and Defendant C is the exchange market in which the money is exchanged, and the Defendants conspired to exchange points acquired by customers in the G Game.
From April 20, 2017 to April 28, 2017, the Defendants: (a) leased the building of the game site in the said G Games; (b) provided the 40-party game 10% of the total 10,000 won per day to customers, and (c) provided them with the IC card; (b) provided them with the IC card; (c) provided the 100,000 won per day to the IC; and (d) provided them with the 10,000 won per 10,000 won converted by the customers to 10,000 won.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to exchange the results obtained through the use of game water.
