Defendant

A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Defendant

A is a person operating a game room, and Defendant B is a person in charge of the management and exchange of a game room in the game room operated by Defendant A.

The Defendants: (a) from March 23, 2016 to April 3, 2016, the head of the “E Gameland” game in the Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu; (b) the head of the “G Gameland” game in the Jeonjin-gu from around 15th of the same month to around 23th of the same month; and (c) the Defendant A installed 40 or 40 or 40th of the “SEA PPONG game” game, which is a game product, and exchanged the said customers in cash equivalent to the above customers’ 10% of the points obtained.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to exchange the results obtained through the use of game water.
