Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 6, 2009, the Defendant conspiredd with the name influence and signed “D” as “D”, “E”, “F of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City”, “24 months”, and “130,000 won” with a new service contract equipped with “C” located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul on August 6, 2009.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of D, a private document related to rights and duties for the purpose of exercising the name in collusion with the name in the name of the accused.
2. The Defendant, in collusion with the person who was not aware of the forgery at the time, place, etc. set forth in paragraph 1, sent the forged new service contract to an employee who was unaware of the forgery as if he were a document duly formed.
3. The Defendant, in collusion with the name-free party, acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount by using only one unit of LG mobile phone (design name SH460) as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay the mobile phone user fee, and by using the same as if he/she would pay the user fee, in collusion with the name-free party, and by using the same as if he/she would pay the user fee.
4. No person who violates the Act on the Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, etc. shall lend or arrange for financing by users of communications and gold services through purchase or use of goods, etc. through communications and gold services and purchase at a discount, such as goods, etc. by users of communications and gold services;
Nevertheless, on January 11, 2010, the Defendant, in collusion with his name-free persons, placed an advertisement “G” in the Internet living information site “G,” stating that “No person shall borrow 3 to 30 on the day, 50 to 30-300 on the day, 50 to 50-300 on the settlement of small amount of money (KT telephone, mobile phone, cell phone, divers, and H”.
