Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to engage in livestock product sales business shall report to the competent authority.

On September 4, 2013, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authorities, sold the livestock products sales business without a KRW 1,200,000,000, such as imported mixtures and imported light oil, by purchasing the imported cattle scrap bars from “C” and carrying them onto the Rabing vehicle (D) and door-to-door sales on the street from the street.
