Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall be equipped with the relevant facilities and shall report it to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authority on August 23, 2013, at “C” operated by the Defendant in Daegu-gu, Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, established a coordinate of 1m wide and 60cm long, and operated a sales business of unreported livestock products by selling an average of 30,000 won per day.
