Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in the sales of livestock products that sell by-products, boness, etc. of pigs in Daegu Northern-gu B World Trade Organization C.

A person who intends to engage in livestock product sales business shall be equipped with facilities meeting the standards as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and shall report

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent authorities, sold livestock products, such as swine meat, from September 14, 2008 to June 1, 2013, to the restaurant, such as the E-cafeteria located in Daegu Seo-gu D.

As a result, the Defendant did not report to the competent authorities, but sold livestock products.
