Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2014, at around 01:05, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim C, who is a taxi engineer, on the road of urban development apartment 112-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which is located in 711, with a cell phone located in front of 112-dong, and the fact that he/she left the taxi, while two apartment residents observe, the Defendant told the victim C, who is the taxi engineer, of the fact.
