Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 15, 2012, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on the ground that the victim D (Woo, age 36) participated in the event of the c3 complex in the front resort in Gwangju Northern-gu 112-dong, Gwangjubuk-gu, 36-dong, the Defendant was 5 to 6 members, such as E, the Dong Negi resident, who was a fluore resident, and was sexually insultingly insulting the victim.
