A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The request of the applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for intrusion of structures at night, larceny, etc. in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon branch on October 25, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence on March 6, 2018.

A thief: (a) around June 17, 2018, the Defendant: (b) opened a entrance that was parked in the “E parking lot located in Kimcheon-si D” in the “E parking lot, Kimcheon-si, 2018; (c) opened the entrance that was not corrected for the victim C’s car; and (d) committed theft with three million won in cash owned by the victim, which was located in the storage box of the goods.

2. Attempted larceny;

A. On June 20, 2018, at around 17:40, the Defendant: (a) opened and opened an entrance with which the victim H owned by G was parked in the front of G Kimcheon-si; (b) attempted to steal money, valuables, etc. located within the entrance; (c) but did not find any stolen object.

B. On June 24, 2018, around 17:58, the Defendant: (a) opened and opened a entrance with which no correction of LM5 car owned by the victim K, which was parked in front of the JJ at Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; and (b) attempted to steal money, valuables, etc. inside the entrance, but failed to find stolen things.

On June 24, 2018, at around 18:00, the Defendant opened and opened a entrance that did not correct the victim M&M NM No. N, and attempted to steal money, valuables, etc. located within the entrance, but failed to find stolen objects.

(d)

On June 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a closed door that was parked in the “P” parking lot located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si (O) around 16:20 on June 28, 2018; and (b) attempted to steal money, valuables, etc. located therein; (c) but did not find any stolen object.
