A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Intimidation;

A. At around 13:55 on July 5, 2013, the Defendant sent a message to the victim “C” with the content that “the victim E (the age of 14) was known through a smartphone display method in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and that the victim E (the age of 14) did not talk with the former victim by photographing the face of the sexual intercourse with the victim by a Handphone, and sent the victim with the intent to threaten the victim, and even with the knowledge that the telephone could not be sent, the Defendant could not be seen as having been exposed to the telephone continuously, and then sent the victim a message that reads “the thickness to send the victim a new image”.
