Punishment of the crime

Since July 2013, the Defendant was in a de facto marital relationship (the age of 58) from around July 2013, the victim B (the age of 58) was released on June 29, 2018, and the Defendant was forced to have the victim scleep without the Defendant.

3. On July 8, 2018, around 11:08, the Defendant sent a message to the victim’s cell phone using the Messenger from the Messenger to the victim’s cell phone, thereby threatening the victim.

4. On July 8, 2018, the Defendant sent a message to the victim’s cell phone using the Mesenger’s cell phone at around 11:15, Cheongju City and below, thereby threatening the victim.

5. On July 8, 2018, the Defendant sent a message to the victim’s cell phone using the Messenger at around 13:16 Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si (hereinafter “Cheongju-si”) to the victim’s cell phone, stating, “The Defendant is the police who would have died of being detained, and is well aware of whether it would be detained.”
