Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, the period of 10,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

around 05:20 on December 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around Gwangjin-gu, Seoul; (b) around 05:20, 112 reported that “A person under the influence of alcohol takes the way to the roadside”; (c) the Defendant: (d) assaulted D’s chest with flab, by hand, on the ground that the police box affiliated with the Seoul Mine-gu Police Station C, which called out after receiving 112 reports, did not find the Defendant’s new attack; and (d) assaulted D’s chest with the hand floor.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order of police officers.
