A defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

around 21:45 on April 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the Seoul Magjin Police Station C police box located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant returned to the said taxi engineer D and was urged by the said taxi engineer to return home from E during the process of the said police box; and (b) took a bath by taking the receipt box out of the police box pursuant to the F (45 years old) of the police box to which the said police box belongs; (c) while taking the bath, the Defendant was able to have the F knife the left knife with his hand while taking the bath.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order.
