Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2017, at around 00:45, the Defendant assaulted D’s chest part of his chest due to the reason that D, while under the influence of alcohol, was unable to make a proper statement about the circumstances of the report and recommended the Defendant to return home under the influence of alcohol.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order of police officers.
