Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B’s violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) administered psychotropic drugs in the E located in Busan Sho-gu, Busan on December 5, 2018, around December 18, 2018, Defendant B administered psychotropic drugs in the manner of drinking in water, even though it is not a person handling narcotics.
2. B and A discussed the contents of the statements several times from that time, and around February 25, 2019, the Defendants again confirmed the aforementioned false self-denunciation plan before the Busan District Court.
