Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On December 25, 2012, the Defendants conspired to administer each philophone in a “F” book located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul. At the same time, approximately 0.05 g of each psychotropic drug Melopon (hereinafter “Melopon”).
B. On February 2013, the Defendants conspiredd with the Defendants to put the hamphone in a hamburine room located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, by lowering the hamburon’s in the hamburst room, laid the hambon into the hamburon inhale, and then administered each hamburon in such a way as to take the steam together.

H. The Defendants conspired with each other on March 27, 2014, in the range of 601 Dong 1505, each of the instant I Apartment 601 Dong 1505.
