Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are co-related persons and not narcotics handlers.
1. Defendant B
A. On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) administered a philophone medication; (b) around May 2016, the Defendant, at the Fambur care room located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu; (c) administered a psychotropic drug in the manner of drinking in water; (d) administered a psychotropic drug onto the water; and (e) let A, not aware of the fact, use the philophone in the philophone by hanging the volume of the philophone in the water.
B. On September 10, 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones from the H 4-story office located in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, around 19:00 on September 10, 2016, at the H 19:50, KRW 4.50,000 in cash to I, and purchased philophones non-copon (two-time medication) contained in a paper plastic bag.
C. On September 11, 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones from the entrance of the frames adjacent to the above H around 13:00 on September 11, 2016, with the amount of KRW 100,000 in cash from I, and with the amount of philophones not covered by a paper envelope (four-time medication).
On September 19, 2016, around 18:00 on September 19, 2016, the Defendant purchased phiphones in front of the K Hotel in J in Daegu-gu, Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, with cash of KRW 1 million and purchased phiphones non-copon (four-time medication) contained in a paper plastic bag.
2. On August 27, 2016, Defendant B, at the Fmophone bank room located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, in 2016, put about 0.05 gopon into two for a single-use injection machine, melting one of them into one for a single injection machine, and the Defendant A conspired to injection the remaining one for one for his own arms and administered a phiopon in collusion.
From the same date to October 9, 2016, Defendants conspired on seven occasions as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and administered philophones.
