A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, around February 24, 2014, the Defendant stolen one driver’s license of a motor vehicle owned by the victim, which was in the storage space between the driver’s seat and the chief lighting, while he was seated at the top of a passenger car driven by the victim C, and was in the front North Korea, the destination of which was located.

2. Illegal uttering of official documents;

A. On February 24, 2014, the Defendant, at a mobile phone sales store where the trade name in the Daodong in the Daodong from the Jeonbuk-si, Jeonbuk-si, the Defendant: (a) went through the process of identifying identity to open the mobile phone in the above C name; (b) presented the driver’s license in the name of a stolen C to an employee of the above sales store; and (c) presented it to the public document, as described in paragraph (1) above.

B. On March 3, 2014, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) performed the process of identifying the identity in order to open a deposit passbook in the name of the said C, and (b) presented the driver’s license of a motor vehicle in the name of the said bank to the employees of the said bank, as prescribed in paragraph (1) of the said Article.

C. On June 22, 2015, the Defendant, at the DMyeon Office, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do Office, issued a certified copy of the above C’s resident registration, following the process of identifying his/her identity as if he/she were C, and presented the stolen C’s driver’s license to an employee of the above Myeon Office, as provided in paragraph (1) above, to the official document.

On June 22, 2015, the Defendant, at the F Office located in Chungcheongnam-gun E, Chungcheongbuk-gun, followed the process of identifying the identity to be employed by the said Company in the above C’s name as if he were C, and subsequently, presented the stolen C’s driver’s license to an employee in charge of the said Company’s personnel affairs as prescribed in paragraph (1) of the above Article, and illegally displayed an official document.
