Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On June 3, 2012, at around 21:00, the Defendant issued to E a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.15g of psychotropic drugs (one-name clopon; hereinafter “copon”) from 102-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City D building 102-dong 4403.
2. At around 01:00 on June 30, 2012, the Defendant delivered to E a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.15g phiphones in the vicinity of the Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu, Incheon.
3. At around 01:50 on July 7, 2012, the Defendant, at the 102 parking lot of the building Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, provided a single-use injection device with approximately 0.15g phiphones, free of charge, to E.
4. At around 21:00 on July 31, 2012, the Defendant granted to E a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.15g phiphones at the 102 parking lot of building D, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
5. At around 16:00 on August 9, 2012, the Defendant provided a single-use injection machine with approximately 0.15 grams at the front parking lot of the building in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City without compensation to E.
6. On August 20, 2012, at around 07:00, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.05g opononon in a one-time injection machine in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) injected into the blood transfusion of I’s left part; and (c) delivered approximately 0.05g opononon on the part of I without compensation.
7. Around 07:00 on August 20, 2012, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 goponon in a single-copon copon 501, dilution with raw water, and injected it into the left bloodline, and around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered it by burning about 0.15 gopon copon copon copon copon 501 in a beer.
8. On August 21, 2012, at around 17:35, the Defendant concealed approximately 2.23 grams in an electronic tobacco case at the time when the police is arrested, and carried them.
